We want your Test Drive to be as beneficial as possible, so we've designed it to give you experience with the Coravue capabilities that are most important to you.
Here's the "kick the tires" process that'll put zoom into your Test Drive:
- Review the features you're looking for in a CMS or SFA system with your Coravue Account Specialist.
- Provide the site preparation information we need to create your Test Drive site hosted at our datacenter.
- Select Web pages and graphics from your current site to use as templates during the Test Drive.
- Gather the text content to use in the Test Drive.
- Participate in a brief orientation on the basics of using the Coravue CMS.
- Work with your Coravue Account Specialist to add database tags that create your templates.
- Create the marketing rules and schedules that determine who will see your content and when they will see it.
- Load your text into your Test Drive CMS.
- Collect a few typical sales contact records to enter
- Enter the contacts, opportunities, and other sales information.
Once you have created your own Test Drive pages, you can have fun testing how easy it is to update text, move sections of content, send e-mail newsletters, monitor clickthroughs, and all the other marketing activities that are possible with the Coravue system. Then, check out the sales automation side of Coravue Connect by updating contacts, opportunities, and action items.
